At Southern Lumen, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policies are outlined below to provide clarity and set proper expectations for all customers.

Returns

Returns are accepted solely at our discretion. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Products must be in new and unused condition.

You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom items, such as prebuilt wheel lights, are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Items that display any signs of wear, damage, or improper use will be denied for return.

If a return request is approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the base price of the returned items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and Southern Lumen will not cover or reimburse return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the items have not shipped.

Items with specific lead times or custom-built products are non-cancellable.
