Register within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need your order number and photos of the lights installed on your vehicle. We issue your registration number as soon as you submit, keep it, because a claim cannot be filed without it.

Bought from one of our dealers? You don’t need to register. Keep your receipt, and if something fails, your dealer files the claim for you.

Photos of the lights on the truck Up to 6 photos, close enough to see how the lights are mounted and wired. A photo of the whole truck is not enough. Wheel lights: one photo of each wheel light installed, taken with the wheel off so nothing blocks the view. That is 4 photos for a full kit.
