Order processing
In-stock items leave us within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery
Once shipped, US delivery typically takes a further 5–7 business days depending on where you are. Shipping is a $10 flat rate, and free on orders over $150.
Outside the US
International delivery times vary with destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delays once a parcel is with the carrier are outside our control, but tell us and we will chase it.
