Shipping Terms & Conditions

At Southern Lumen, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping policies are designed to provide transparency and efficiency for your convenience. Please read the details below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and responsibilities.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on all US retail orders. Approved dealer accounts pay UPS Ground shipping at the carrier rate shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders that do not have specific lead times are typically processed and shipped the same business day when your order is placed before 3 PM CT, Monday to Friday, or the next business day otherwise. For items with lead times, please refer to our Lead Time Information Page to confirm current availability before placing your order.

Shipping Times (Domestic)

Once your order is shipped, delivery within the United States generally takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We partner with UPS and USPS. Retail orders ship with the carrier that offers the best rate for your region. Approved dealer account orders ship UPS Ground.

Shipping Times (International)

For international orders, including shipments to Canada, delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.

Carrier Selection & Tracking

Southern Lumen uses UPS and USPS for shipping services. On retail orders, the carrier is whichever provider offers the most efficient rate. Approved dealer account orders to US addresses ship UPS Ground. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Additional Notes

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

Southern Lumen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been shipped.
