To submit a warranty claim please complete the folllowing:

• Send the following information to "warranty@southernlumen.com"
• Provide your full name & order # from original purchase
• State the product that you are having issues with, please provide in-depth what the issue is.
• For all wheel light warranties, provide us with pictures & videos of the product installed on the truck, to help us further diagnose the issue.
• For all other products send us high quality images & videos of the issue that you are having.

A representative will get back to you within ~48 hours after submitting your email.
