Position your vehicle on a secure, level surface. Safely jack up the vehicle and remove the wheels to gain access to the brake assembly.
Tip: Double-check that your vehicle is properly secured with jack stands before starting.

Carefully remove the brake caliper and set it aside securely to avoid putting strain on the brake lines. This step is necessary to access the rotor.

Take off the rotor to expose the dust shield area. Once removed, temporarily reinstall the brake caliper to keep it secure while you work on the next steps.

Position the wheel light ring on the dust shield, ensuring it is evenly spaced. Use the provided brackets as a guide and drill mounting holes into the dust shield.
Reminder: Each wheel light set includes two directional rings per side for optimal lighting.

Using the provided nuts and bolts, attach the wheel light ring securely to the dust shield. Ensure the wire and plug exit at the top, near the brake line, for clean routing.
Note: Position bolts with the heads facing outward and threaded ends inward to ensure proper clearance.

Reattach the rotor and brake caliper securely. Double-check that everything is tightened to manufacturer specifications before continuing.

Carefully route the wires along the brake lines, allowing enough slack to accommodate full steering and suspension movement. Proper slack prevents stress on the solder points, ensuring a durable installation.
Reminder: Insufficient slack may cause connection issues and void warranty coverage.

Run the wires from each wheel toward the front of the vehicle. Route them cleanly along the truck’s frame, avoiding heat sources and sharp edges. Connect the wires to the supplied wiring harness or your vehicle's battery.
Tip: Using separate leads for each wheel light helps maintain consistent brightness and performance.
