Pure White Wheel Light Installation Guide

IMPORTANT!

To ensure warranty coverage, it’s essential that you follow these instructions carefully. Wheel lights not installed as directed below may not qualify for warranty coverage.

1
Prepare the Installation Area

Begin by positioning your vehicle on a secure, level surface, and safely jack up the vehicle to remove the wheels. Next, carefully remove the brakes and rotor to access the dust shield area. Position the wheel light ring, ensuring it is evenly spaced on the dust shield. Remember, each set includes two directional rings per side for optimal lighting.

Tip: For the cleanest wiring path, align the wires near the brake lines.
2
Secure the Wheel Light Rings

Using each bracket’s pre-drilled holes, securely bolt the ring to the dust shield. Ensure that the top of the ring, where the wire and plug emerge, is aligned at the top, closest to the brake line. Proper positioning is essential to maintain warranty eligibility.

Note: Position the bolts with the heads facing outward, and the threaded ends directed inward, toward the vehicle. This orientation provides clearance and ensures stability.
3
Route Wiring with Ample Slack

Carefully run the wires along your vehicle's brake lines, ensuring there is enough slack to accommodate full steering and suspension movement. Providing sufficient slack helps prevent stress on the solder points, which can otherwise lead to damage.

Reminder: Not allowing enough slack may pull the connections loose and could affect warranty coverage. Taking this step carefully ensures a long-lasting, protected installation.
4
Route and Connect Wires

Run the wires from each wheel to the front of the vehicle, ideally using four separate leads to ensure each wheel light receives consistent power without amperage drop. Once the wires reach the engine bay, connect them to one of our wiring harnesses or to your own preferred switch setup.

Tip: Using separate leads for each wheel helps maintain optimal brightness and performance across all lights.
5
